PROCESSING:

This coffee was harvested between

September and October 2024. The cherries were carefully hand-sorted and processed at Ngila's on-site facilities.

Processing began with pulping, followed by a three-day fermentation in tanks. Afterward, the beans were moved to raised drying beds, where they spent 20 days drying until reaching the ideal moisture level for milling.

Once dried, the coffee was transported to Rafiki Coffee Mill in Moshi, where the parchment was removed and the lot was prepared for export.
