This is one of the coffees Rastislav “Rasty” Kasar used on stage to win the World Coffee in Good Spirit 2023 in Taipei.
This coffee is used for his Irish Coffee.
We’re thrilled to launch this collaboration together with Special Guests Coffee, a special anaerobic process Wush Wush producers by Sebastian Ramirez. In the cup, we easily find juicy peach, pineapple, berries like raspberry, and also cacao nibs and red wine finish.

ABOUT SEBASTIAN RAMIREZ:
Sebastian Ramirez is a 4th generation coffee producer who applies 14 years of experience to produce world-class coffee, with a focus on post-harvest processing. His El Placer coffee project, which is made up of his family farm, El Placer, and is now joined by 4 more in Quindo and Huilda, is home to an array of exotic coffee varietals ranging from Sidra to Laurina.
ABOUT PROCESS:
This lot is a Wush Wush that has undergone an extended natural fermentation, where temperature and pH are carefully monitored. The fermentation stage also includes a step where mosto is added. Mosto is a liquid that is a by-product of a previous fermentation and is used as it assists Sebastian to reach his desired level of fermentation.
Available for filter roasted, will be served in-house in mid of November.
