As the year comes to a close, we are excited to introduce a unique initiative inspired by the traditional Japanese New Year custom of osechi. With this special set, we wish to bring you good fortune and happiness as you step into 2025.
Osechi is a traditional Japanese New Year's meal served in a box (jubako), with each dish symbolising wishes for health, prosperity, and happiness. In our reinterpretation, we've created a set featuring eight different coffee selections, each sourced during our visit to farms in Panama in April 2024.
These coffees represent not only their unique flavours but also our meaningful relationships with the producers and the stories behind each origin.
