Washed Ethiopia is BACK! With a flavour profile that’s just in time for summer. Peaches, earl grey tea with honey, and melon line the cup to create a clean, complex, floral little number.
This heirloom coffee comes from Buku, a district of Hambela in the broader Guji Zone. Sitting at 2350masl, Buku Sayisa translates to “blessed valley,” - and it is pretty blessed to be getting to those altitudes. It’s home to a cooperative of farmers who work with Origin Coffee Land to export their specialty grade coffees.
