Cupping Session - Rose Coffee Host by Suki 🇨🇭

At Fragile, we discover high quality coffee roastery and we source rare beans globally.

We’re happy to announce we invited Suki, Champion of Swiss Brewers Cup 2024 & Barista of Rose Coffee, to host a cupping over our brew bar on 22 December, Suki will bring her favourite selections from Zurich to Hong Kong.

Cupping session will start at 6pm, tasting 8-10 types of new coffees from Rose. We’ll round the session with a Q&A discussion.

About Rose Coffee Roasters

Rose started in 2022, as an idea between Frederic Brunner, and Matt Winton (2021 World Brewers Cup Champion). 

We believe in sourcing very high quality coffees - the top end of specialty, from farmers we know and trust. 

We also like brightness, and flavour in our coffees, so we roast for that.

We are roasting in Zurich, Switzerland, on a Stronghold S7X. Our operation is small, but we are very passionate about what we do, and aim to provide you with some excellent quality coffee.
