Johel Monge Naranjo, and with Matias both work on the Hacienda San Isidro Labrador Project. They have obtain 7th place in Cup of Excellence, with a sun dried anaerobic process on a Geisha variety. Their farm is located on the hills of Dota, in the Tarrazu region, at an elevation of 1950 m.a.s.l.
Hacienda San Isidor Labrador is a family business that started 6 years ago and is the second year that we participate in Cup of Excellence as Hacienda San Isidro Labrador Micro mill. They focus on the production of specialty coffee and are pleased to be a part of Cup of Excellence, as it has allow them to showcase and share coffee with roasters and consumers who value quality and hard work and the traceability of our coffee.
Years ago they participated as part of Grupo Los Grandes de Copey and obtained 1st place in COE 2017, 2nd place COE 2018, and 1st and 3th places in COE 2019.
