This year rather than showcasing 3 geshas of varying processes from the La Maria farm, we decided to share our favorite of their geshas (this natural) and a Sidra of the same processing- keep an eye out for that release soon! La Maria is the project of husband and wife duo Orlando Ospina and Emilcen Sanchez, and they’ve consistently brought to the table some of the most interesting and tasty coffees we’ve encountered.
