It has a lush fruity taste like guava juice, followed by a mellow sweetness like rum raisins. It is clean and light, with a sense of fermentation.
"Jardines del Eden" which means "Garden in Eden" in Spanish. in the town of Pijao, Armenia. This farm is located on one of the highest altitude in this region which make it ideal to grow all the high-end varieties.
Felipe Arcila and his brother Carlos began growing coffee here at Jardines del Eden since 2018 when they decided to buy the farm. They now have more than 10 different varieties of coffee under production - this lot being 100% Castillo. This farm is dedicated to experimentation in processing and cultivating coffee. Here they are growing Pink Bourbon, Tabi, Gesha, SL28, Sidra, Wush Wush, Caturrón, Papayo and more.
