In the shade of the farm’s Ingas trees Jorge Arriola Serrano carefully cultivates his precious coffee crops. Inherited from his father who purchased the land in 1988, the future of the farm was not always as certain as it is today. With coffee prices waining there was a large incentive to sell up and leave, but Jorge stepped in with a vision for the farm.
Now fifteen years later new processing methods and a vigilant approach to crop quality has seen the farm consistently produce outstanding offerings such as this, season-on-season.
