Union De Cafetaleros (UNDECAF) is a small group of 9 producers that decided to create their micro-mill in 2006. The farmers are dedicated to preparing the next generations for coffee production and delivering high-quality beans. Tarrazú region in Costa Rica is filled with coffee plantations and has two seasons, rainy and dry. This well-defined climate pattern is ideal for growing coffee and results in high-quality coffee cherries that are uniform in ripeness.
