The project, started by Felipe Sardi in 2011, is a team that deals with innovative purification methods every year, coexistence with the Tucan that live under the environment, as well as the farm's name suggests, and researching microorganisms.
This lot is a Natural Sidra, 33 days drying and 11 hours machining during 80 hours of evaporative fermentation. It tastes very unique and unusual, beside the tasting notes, the team got a taste of "red beans".
