Those who tried Gesha Clouds from us before probably won’t need to read any further, because this is the washed version of the Gesha Clouds. So same clouds but less fermentation.
Same dedicated farmer, same variety and the same beautiful farm. Only difference is the processing and, of course, the name.
So how does that translate in terms of flavor profile?
It’s a little cleaner and more delicate because there’s less fruity flavors from the cherry-fermentation. Instead it has more notes of jasmine and green tea, white grapes and a crisp juicy finish.
