Using the Trio Reserve Microlot cocoa beans (harvest 2020) grown in the Maya Mountain North Forest Reserve, deep in the jungle of Toledo. Supplied by Uncommon Cacao, we immediately fell in love with these beautiful cocoa beans, which have been expertly fermented by Maya Mountain Cacao, with their deep flavour profile, of raisins, apricot and rum. Limited to 1000 bars.
All of our single-origin bars are made with just cocoa beans, sugar and cocoa butter. Our chocolates are free of soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten. No added lecithin, or vanilla.
