Colombia- Mustaf Decaf 250g

Decaf coffee produced by Ana Mustafá. Her family owns and operates five coffee farms all together. Mustafa Decaf lot is coming from their farms all based in Pereira, Risaralda. 

This coffee is a normal Castillo lot.

It is washed and processed as other coffees from Ana would be.

After drying it is taken through the Sugarcane Decaffeination process after which the coffee has been dried again. The beans look weird to say the least but the taste is pretty amazing. Normally decaffeination processes can and will decrease the flavour quality of the coffee quite significantly.

Ana's decaf is totally different though. By far the best decaf we've tried.
